Return / Exchange / Refund Policy
Please choose carefully when purchasing the following products as a change of mind returns will not be provided on:
*Any headwear (including under caps, hijabs, & hair ties)
*Sale items
Please email sayamodesty@gmail.com for any enquiries regarding product delivery of faulty or damaged goods.
*Please check your order upon receiving it for any damages or issues and contact us immediately if there are any.
*You will have a 14-day timeframe from the date of the delivery for returns/refunds.
Returns
You can return any unused items for a store credit, valid for 3 months from the issue date.
Ensure the following conditions are met:
*The item must be in its original packaging
*The item must be unused and in its original condition
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email notification. After inspecting the products, we will process your return.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or wrong size selection.
Refunds will only be issued for:
*Wrong size/colour shipped by us
*Wrong product shipped by us
*Damaged/defective product shipped by us
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
